The UoH will open a new department which will recruit students for the academic year of 2018-2019. The University decrees No. (2/5/2390) issued on 6th of August 2018 and signed by the University of Halabja chancellor state the opening of a department which is Department of International Commerce which will be affiliated by College of Humanities.
