Prof. Dr. Mahabad Kamil Abdullah, UoH president with members of the University’s council received Dr. Mohammedreza Bayrami, Iranian Famous Writer with his delegation, on November 23th, 2021. In the meeting, Dr. Mahabad welcomed and showed her appreciation towards staff for their visit, in addition, she shed some light on the importance of intellectualism, writing, and culture of Halabja City, the delegation staff expressed their gratitude towards UoH presidency.
Later, a seminar was arranged for Dr. Mohammedreza Bayrami by Central Library staff jointly with Directorate of Physical Education of university, under the title “Concept of Writing’’. In the seminar this Concept was talked about with some of the critical schools that have relations with writing from school of Experiencers and Existentialism till Marxism, also the writer talked about Literature and writing, and explained that in his personal view, literature should emerge from people’s real-life experiences and his writing were mostly written based on what he experienced in war.
Dr. Mohammadreza Bayrami is an Iranian Azerbaijani writer of Persian literature whose main forms of writing are the Dastan and the novel. He won Badge Golden Safavid in Iran for promoting Persian Language and Literature.
