Dr. Mahabad Kamil Abdullah, UoH president with Dr. Nariman Abdulla Dean of the College of Humanities, warmly welcomed a delegation from SPARK Organization which consisted of Mr. Rahel Aziz, Head of the SPARK organization and his companions on October 27th, 2021.
In the meeting, Dr. Mahabad showed her appreciation towards SPARK Organization for their works and projects in UoH, and she hoped that they will continue to work on new projects that serve the youth in particular in terms of providing job opportunities in Halabja Governorate, opening courses and providing outstanding students with scholarships whether outside or inside Kurdistan. After that, Mr. Rahel Aziz, Head of the Organization showed his gratitude towards the president and the UoH for receiving their projects, He mentioned that SPARK organization has initiated work in UoH since 2017 and worked as a team with UoH staff and the organization has taught various training courses for the students and youths of Halabja. For the purpose of promoting this bilateral relationship and further future activities, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between both UoH and Spark Organization.
