On the 6th of May 2021, based on the MoU which was signed between UoH and MAM Humanitarian foundation, MAM Humanitarian Foundation in cooperation with a number of international journalists provided Media Department students with a five hours training course in which Dr. Mahabad Kamil Abdullah, UoH president, Mr. Falah Salah, general director of MAM Humanitarian Foundation, Dr. Ranjdar Muhammad Aziz, vice-president for Students Affairs, Dr. Nariman Abdullah, dean of college of Humanities, Dr. Hataw Hama Salih, head of Law Department, and a number of lecturers and students were present.
During the training, the international journalists talked about their experiences in journalism by showing the students pictures, videos and texts
