On the 16th of October 2019, Mr. Karwan Mahdi, the UoH lecturer, offered numerous employees of presidency of municipality of Halabja a course which was offered after receiving a request from head of the presidency of municipality of Halabja to UoH.

The aim of the course was to improve the employees on IT and administration fields in order to carry out their duties on computer in a well-organized and competent way.
