Dr. Yousif Goran, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, participated in the Halabja campaign for collecting books by providing the UoH a number of books on the 31st anniversary of Halabja Chemical Attack on the 16th of March of 2019 to show his sincere loyalty to Halabja and also to develop the education process and enrich the scientific resources.
It is worth to mention that Dr. Khatab Shekhani on behalf of Dr. Yousif Goran offered the books.
