Mr. Rabar Hama Amin Faraj, the lecturer at Department of Building and Construction Engineering at the UoH published a Scientific Research Paper entitled, “Optimization of the Outlet Portal of Heybat Sultan Twin Tunnels Based on the Value Engineering Methodology” in an International Journal of SN Applied Science.
It is worth mentioning that this Journal is affiliated to the famous international publisher Springer.
