On the 24th of February 2019, Mohammed Tahir, head of Horizon Relief Organization, paid a visit to the UoH and presented a seminar about a project which was set up jointly with the UoH.
The project will be managed by a number of UoH volunteers’ students on the 16th of March 2019 which will be the 31st anniversary of the chemical weapons attack on Halabja.
The aim of the project is to fulfill the dreams of martyrs’ children under 18 of war against ISIS.
The martyrs’ children will write letters in which they mention their dreams and then their dream will be achieved according to the joint project.
